Mission Trip

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we cancelled our 2020 high school mission trip to Costa Rica. We tentatively plan to postpone our trip to June 2021 and hope there will be a vaccine by then. Students who graduated in 2020 will be eligible to go on the trip with us in 2021 if they would like to do so.

If you are interested in our tentatively planned trip to Costa Rica in 2021, please read on to learn more!

Costa Rica Mission Trip

We will be serving through Portantorchas, our mission partner in Costa Rica. We also worked with Jorge Zuniga of Portantorchas on our mission trip in 2018, and we had a great experience. We’re excited to return and continue building friendships with our Costa Rican partners.

The Portantorchas campus is located in the neighborhood of Grand Blanc in the city of San José, and includes dorms, lovely common areas, a soccer field, and a track.
