I’m New

Welcome

Established in 1865 as the Grosse Pointe Evangelical Protestant Association,
Grosse Pointe Memorial Church (GPMC) has been a light by the lakeshore, shining out light for the world to see.
Wherever you are, however you identify, whatever is going on – there is a place for you here as we grow our faith for a lifetime!

Worship Style

Our services are family-friendly, inter-generational gatherings using Reformed principles of worship. The 5 pm service is offered with a desire to broaden the worship experience in time, space, and style.

Accessibility

Accessible parking is available via the ramp by the church entrance. There are elevators for direct access to the Sanctuary. Please call if you have concerns.

Childcare

Our infant and toddler rooms are staffed with trained, loving caregivers. We have a paging system for parents to use which will allow the staff to discreetly contact parents if they are needed during worship.

Hearing assistance

There are hearing assistance systems available in the sanctuary – a basic ear piece, a special neck lanyard for people with inductive hearing aids, and a special pack and cord for Bluetooth hearing aids. Ask an usher for assistance!

Parking

You are welcome to park in the church lot (behind the building), the War Memorial lot (pending construction restrictions), on side streets and Lakeshore/Jefferson.

What to Wear

Worshipers are always welcome to wear whatever they feel is appropriate for worship. Come as you are and we’ll be happy to welcome you!
