Tuesdays in Lent (February 24, March 3, 10, 17, 24) · 7 – 8 pm
The brokenness of the world is obvious anytime we turn on the news and Lent is the season when we explore that part of humanity, but also, when we recognize the power of Christ’s love that offers healing.
This year for a Lenten book study we will be reading Cherished Belonging.
The author, Father Gregory Boyle, shares stories of his ministry on the gang filled streets of LA and invites us to live into radical kindness and compassion. We will meeting in the 2nd floor lounge to discuss this book and what it means for us this Lent.
