Parents with children of any age are welcome to join this 6-week study as we discuss some practical ways to raise faithful, appreciative, and resourceful children. We will be using the book The Blessing of a Skinned Knee, by acclaimed child psychologist Wendy Mogel, as our guide.
Extra copies of the book are available in the church library. This book uses stories of everyday parenting problems and examines them through the lens of Biblical teachings to show parents how to teach their children to honor and respect others.
Kristi Lincicome, Elizabeth Tengler, and Steve Tengler will be our fearless leaders on Sundays during Middle Hour from 10:10-11am from September 18 – October 23. Drop the kids off at Sunday School and join us as we share, study, and grow.
