GPMC’s Hunger Offering recipient this month is Crossroads of Michigan.
Their mission is to use experience, caring power, and a human–centered approach to improve the lives of people in need. They envision a community where everyone has the resources and opportunity to reach their potential. Grosse Pointe Memorial Church and Crossroads have been longstanding partners, collaborating for many years to support individuals and families. Together, we are dedicated to advancing the shared mission of alleviating hunger in the community. Additionally, Crossroads provides assistance with obtaining necessary documentation such as birth certificates, which are necessary for their clients’ access to housing, employment, and education.
Use the blue pew envelopes, give through the secure donation form, or send a check to the church this month noting “Crossroads” or “Hunger Offering” on the memo line. The Outreach Council will match congregation donations made this month up to $2,000.
Thank you for your support of GPMC’s Hunger Ministries.
